I was first introduced to Cassie four months before I took a career break. As I was already doing weights and high-intensity training at the gym, we instead did yoga, focusing on strengthening my core and doing inversions. A few months later I left for a five-month motorcycle adventure, riding from the southern tip of South America, all the way up to Alaska.
The journey was an outstanding success; my fitness and strength helped immensely in some very taxing situations, like when I tackled a high-altitude crossing of the Andes Mountains on a dirt track.
Now, I’m back and training two days a week with Cassie. For me she’s the ideal personal trainer. She can readily assess my individual needs, gives me tailored HIT sessions and compliments them with a yoga program that helps me do more with weights.
